We collect the first payment so we can start scheduling workers and purchasing materials.
5. Build
The manual labour begins. An on-site meetup with the project foreman and constant communication so there are no surprises.
6. Review
A final walk-through with the project foreman to ensure the goals have been met. Enjoy your new space!
